	New Cycle Tours was founded in 1981 and taken over in 1990 by the actual owners: the Acanforas and the Klingenbergs. The Company is a licenced travel agency specialised in incoming, particularly of ships, but also operating several incentives throughout Italy.
	Its main office is located in Naples with 13 employees, excluding the management. New Cycle Tours operates directly in all ports of Naples' area, including Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Ischia, Salerno, Ponza, etc. New Cycle Tours has partnership agreements with other Italian travel agencies able to cover the whole Italian territory and Malta.
	In 2001 the Company has handled up to “465” ships' calls among our local ports and the following ones in the rest of Italy: Cagliari, Alghero, Porto Cervo, Gaeta, Livorno, Civitavecchia, Viareggio, Portovenere, Lipari, Messina, Milazzo, Palermo, Siracusa, Catania, PortoEmpedocle, PortoFerraio, Portofino, Taormina, Venezia. In the current 2002 we are achiving same results in the generated market results.
	New Cycle Tours is operating as Ground Operator, either directly or as a subcontractor for other travel agents, for most of the 5 stars cruise companies such as: Seabourn-Cunard, Wind Star Cruises, Holland-American Lines, Radisson Seven Seas,Seadream Yacht Club. It is also operating for : Orient Lines, Seetours Cruises, Plantours & Partners, Thomson Cruises, Travel Dynamics, Compagnie des isle du ponant and many others.
	New Cycle Tours was also general agent for ground operations for Renaissance Cruises.
	All personnel, directly employed, is equipped with mobile phones and radio communication equipment in order to guarantee optimal co-ordination of the whole operation. Most of our personnel operating on pier consists also of professional skilled guides, able to answer to any kind of query brought forward by our clients.
