The tour covers pratically the whole of the island, the landscape is a breath taking succession of sea views and luxuriant perfumed mediterranean vegetation.
Departure from porto azzurro, the center of a wide gulf overwhelmed by an ancient fortress toward "le grotte" where the tour will stop for a few minutes in order to visit the ruins of an ancient roman villa of the 2nd century.
Then arrival at portoferraio where passengers will have a chance to visit the napoleonic museum of villa dei mulini located in the town on the top of a little hill (by foot).
The tour will proceed with a stop at marina di campo, that once was a little fishing harbour and is now the most touristic town of the island of elba, then back to porto azzurro where our valuable guide will continue the excursion with a walking visit through the narrow streets of the island which are full of typical souvenir and stone shops.
 
             
This very particular excursion has been designed for guests who wish to explore the beautiful island of elba with a rather adventurous, unusual and exciting land program, which will doubtlessly stimulate full guests’ participation at an enjoyable pace, adapted to each participants’ needs.
Details on the land program
  Couples and friends up to the age of 60 are invited to drive a private car of small or medium power. A minimum of 15 staff members from our organisation – up to a maximum of 40 – will be awaiting at each departure/stop-over spot agreed upon on the rallye itinerary, and will at each stage provide not only assistance, but also information material and easy & divertive questionnaires on elba & napoleon, providing tour-participants with the hints on the continuation of their land-itinerary.
  
                 
  During one of the stop-overs guests will be offered refreshments and typical cheese & salami snacks, and during the last stop-over a group picture and an ability game will be performed.
                 
Our staff will include members who will be dressed with characteristic costumes, and will of course participate in the picture-taking.
Each agreed stop-over spot will have logo-signs put up.

According to the itinerary choosen, and guests’ age, the ability game can be choosen from the following options:

  
  • 1) blind-folded gimkana
  • 2) backwards-driving gimkana
  • 3) bow-shot
  • 4) darts
  
Relevant information
Parking for our guests, at each stop-over spot, will be separated and clearly identified spaces.
All information material will be in the choosen language and will be appropriately printed with the “ship’s/organisation’s/charterer’s-name/logo on it.
