Leaving the port of Catania, guests will enjoy a riding tour along the coast towards Syracuse, one of the most powerful and ancient Mediterranean place, home of famous people like Plato, Aeschilus and Archimedes who lived and worked here. The visit will start with Ortygia, which is connected to the land by two bridges. Here guests will enjoy the visit to the Greek temple of Athena, and the Cathedral.
	Guests will then proceed to the fabulous Fountain of Arethusa, one of the most charming fountain of Sicily. In order to let our guests enjoy the lovely town some free time will be given to explore the place.
	Later on guests will re board their coaches to reach Neapolis, which is located at twenty minutes distance. Here the visit will start from the Archeological park to reach the huge statue of Neapolis and the altar.
	Catania
	Guests will meet their guided and depart on a/c de lux coaches from the landing pier, headed to mt. etna.
	Mount Etna
	Majestic mount Etna rising 11.000 feet (3.340 mts) is an impressive and famous landmark. join us on a drive along its scenic lower slopes. firstly guests are driven through various villages, all closely connected to the volcano’s history, then through ever an changing scenery, lemon groves, orchards, vineyards, chestnut and pine woods - which combine with hardened lava and endless volcanic cones. Once reached 6.200 feet (1.900 mts) high where guests will visit the sivestri craters and the 1983 lava flow which embraced, without destroying it, the “rifugio sapienza”, where there will be some free time for a quick lunch.
	Taormina
	The drive continues to Taormina, perched on a natural terrace overlooking a beautiful coastline and mt. etna. guests will leave the coaches at the parking area and follow their guide to the centre of town, where they will admire the exterior of the corvaja palace and proceed to the greek theatre.
	Catania
	On completion of the tour guests will reboard their coaches for the ride back. to the port of Catania.
